A minor update to prepare for the big v14 release on the Chrome and Firefox stores.

Release status

• Chrome: main channel still on v13.15.2 (rollback v14.5.4.1); we’ll submit v14.11.2 in 1-3 days if no major issues reported
• Edge: v14.11.0 is live; we expect v14.11.2 to roll out within 24 hours
• Firefox: still on v13.15.2; we’ll submit v14.11.2 in 1-3 days if no major issues reported
